As our new Ticket Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering a first-class ticketing service to our customers. You will provide support to customers throughout their ticket buying experience, while seeking to maximise ticket revenue and develop audience loyalty through these interactions.

Shift work includes daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
