  • Coordinate booking inquiries and maintain clear communication with clients, responding to their questions and escalating urgent matters when required.
  • Track supplier capacity and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders to support efficient departmental operations.
  • Follow established schedules while proactively sourcing bookings within defined guidelines.
  • Address customer concerns, document service complaints, and deliver exceptional service to all inbound callers.
  • Offer real-time assistance to clients and linguists, ensuring strong communication links with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage queries related to bookings, invoicing, and portals, including processing new requests, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, escalate issues as needed, assist with onboarding new starters, and contribute to building client relationships and retaining business.
  • Support stakeholders with work allocation while demonstrating proficiency across all internal management systems.
