This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to bring their enthusiasm and a flexible approach to work as a part time Team Administrator, for our Community Nursing Teams.

Focusing on providing an efficient and responsive administrative service, supporting our existing network of administration staff by proactively approaching daily tasks. This valuable role will enable our senior clinicians to dedicate time to additional clinical visits, directly impacting patient care and improving patient experience.

Essential skills for this role include:
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills, for note-taking and data inputting
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Experience of NHS IT systems

This is an office-based role, 30 hours per week, and the post-holder will be required to travel and work between sites.

The post-holder will be involved in a variety of interesting duties, some of which may include:
• Create agendas and take minutes for Team/MDT meetings
• Arrange servicing of medical devices
• Assist patients to complete patient experience surveys
• Use of patient records system (RIO) to pull reports, send patient letters and assist the clinical team.
• Assistance with HR processes, including completing leavers forms, annual leave calculations management of personnel files and preparation for induction of new starters
• Preparing documentation for legal requests
• Updating the roster system (eRoster)
• Sharing team data dashboard using systems such as Power BI
• IT requests, ordering of equipment and stock control using systems like Business World and Supply Chain
• Diary management of team members for one to ones, appraisals and team meetings
• Coordination of team training
