We are looking for a passionate recent graduate to join this vibrant and unique Primary School in Central Manchester who are actively recruiting for a full-time, long-term Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role.

The Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

The Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant will be based in an EYFS, KS1 or KS2 setting, working closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ learning across a broad range of subjects.

You will contribute to pupils’ academic and personal development by building confidence, supporting individual needs and helping to foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.

This role is particularly well suited to graduates aspiring to careers in Primary Teaching, Educational Psychology or Child Psychology who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience prior to undertaking a PGCE or further professional training.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

• Degree in any subject area; Education, Psychology, Early Years, Early Childhood or other Social Sciences are preferred but NOT essential
• Enthusiastic about helping young people learn
• Strong communicator with empathetic and patient nature
• Professional, committed, and proactive
• Must have the right to work in the UK
