As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include…
• Overseeing daily management of site projects and demolition teams
• Creating and implementing risk assessments and safe systems of work
• Preparing detailed method statements for projects
• Managing Supervisors and Operatives across multiple projects
• Delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and clients
• Supporting the Divisional Manager with strategic and operational tasks
We’re looking for an Operations Manager with the following skills and experience…
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar managerial role
• Hold a valid SSSTS and/or SMSTS certification (one is essential)
• A full UK driving license and willingness to travel to the office and on site
• A CCDO card and Asbestos Managers Certificate are desirable but not essential
• Experience in successfully managing projects (ideally with some demolition experience)
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
In return, the successful Operations Manager will receive a salary of £75,000 to £80,000, plus the following benefits…
