Domiciliary Care Assistant – Danygraig Domiciliary Care (Bridgend & Porthcawl)
Pay: £12.70 per hour + £12.21/hour paid travel time + 35p per mile
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time Hours Available to Suit your lifestyle!
Shifts: 07:00–15:00 and/or 15:00–22:30 | Weekends on rota
Driving: Full UK licence & own vehicle required

We’re recruiting Domiciliary Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Bridgend and Porthcawl. This is a community-based role where every visit helps someone remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Cornelly • Pyle • Kenfig Hill • Cefn Cribwr • Laleston • Porthcawl • Ton Kenfig • Bridgend Town • Brackla
Your Day-to-Day Role
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
Supporting meals, hydration, and wellbeing
Assisting with mobility and medication prompts
Providing companionship and emotional support
Completing clear, accurate visit records
Working independently with full support from our office team
What You’ll Need
✔ Previous care experience (preferred)
✔ Full UK driving licence and own car(essential)
✔ Willingness to work alternate weekends
✔ Reliable, organised, and caring nature
