Specialist SEND School | Immediate & January Starts

We are working with a welcoming and well-established SEND school in Sale who are seeking experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex additional needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are confident, patient and passionate about making a real difference in a specialist setting.

The role will involve:

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, SEMH, PMLD and complex needs

  
  

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual EHCPs

  
  

• Assisting with personal care and sensory regulation where required

  
  

• Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver consistent support

  
  

  To be considered, you must have:

  • Previous experience working in a SEND setting in the UK (essential)

    
    

  • A calm, resilient and nurturing approach

    
    

  • Confidence managing behaviour and supporting emotional regulation

    
    

  • A genuine commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs
