Summary
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term until March 2027
What you’ll do:
• Help people with complex, entrenched rough sleeping histories sustain housing.
• Manage a small caseload and provide one-to-one support and advocacy using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
• Work closely with Path’s Rough Sleeping Team and partners.
