Action Staffing is actively recruiting for a passionate Early Years Educator (Level 2 or Level 3) to join a fun, supportive nursery team.

THE ROLE:
Work as a key part of the team, providing high-quality care and education.
Act as a 'Key Person' to a small group of children, tracking their progress.
Plan creative and engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for the children.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare / Early Years (Essential).
Knowledge: Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
Passion: You must love working with children and be a team player.
Status: Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this).
BENEFITS & REWARDS:
Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum (Depending on qualification/experience).
Bonuses: Monthly Attendance Bonus + Birthday Bonus + Anniversary Bonus.
Holiday: Additional day off for your Birthday!
