Elliott Hudson College is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to lead our strategic initiative for Student Engagement and Partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of post-16 education within our trust and ensure Elliott Hudson College becomes the natural and aspirational choice for students across GORSE 11–16 academies.

Potential applicants should have:

• Demonstrate a proven track record of improving student outcomes and leading positive change.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, inspiring confidence and aspiration.
• Communicate effectively and lead with optimism, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with experience of innovative curriculum development.
• Show evidence of successful team leadership and whole-school impact.
• An honours graduate (or equivalent) with Qualified Teacher Status.
