What skills and experience we're looking for

The Deans Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Teaching Assistant, initially to work within our Resourced Provision, The Blossoms - working with pupils in EYFS and Key Stage 1 with SEN who have EHCPs and have been allocated a place in our provision. We believe all children deserve the very best and we are looking for professionals who have a passion for working with all children, including those with additional needs. We want someone who is caring, committed, has high aspirations and works well as part of a team. The appointed TA will be responsible for supporting the learning and safeguarding of the children.

The Deans Primary School requires a Learning Support Assistant who:

• Is an excellent classroom practitioner;

• Has high standards of all pupils;
• Is committed to working with every child, including those who may need more support, to help them reach their potential: academically, socially and emotionally;
