What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly person to manage our office team. You will be responsible to the headteacher for the efficient and effective organisation and management of the whole school's administration, including finance, personnel health and safety and premises. You will contribute to school planning and development, working in close liason with the Senior Leadership Team, taking on day to day operational matters within guidelines of work plans, policies and procedures. Ideally, you will have experience of working with school administration systems such as SIMS or Arbor and be comfortable and competent using a range of computer programmes and accounting software. You will be responsible for accounting for the school's budget and contribute towards budget setting and monitoring, ensuring effective spend. You should enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to problem solve.
