Our client, Manufacturers of fire rated and security products are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join their Redditch team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee development. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.
Role Details:
- Fabrication and Welding Experience
- Press brake experience
- Painting and powder experience
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
- Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
- Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team
Weekly shift pattern and Pay Rate:
- 08.00am -16.30pm
- Monday to Friday
- Competitive starting pay of £14.50 per hour leading to £15.00 when completed 13 weeks.
