At Stocklake Park School, we are looking for an Administrator to join our dedicated team in a busy Special Educational Needs school office. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will work under the guidance of the Senior Administrator and other senior staff, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of our school office.
Key Responsibilities: • Annual Reviews: Manage a caseload of annual reviews, liaising with staff, professionals, and parents to ensure statutory deadlines are met. • Educational Visits: Coordinate administration for school trips, including transport arrangements and communication with staff and parents. • General Office Duties: Answer calls, take messages, collect attendance information, prepare admission packs, and assist with Parents’ Evening organisation. • Data Entry: Maintain accurate pupil records, attendance registers, and other essential data. • Additional Duties: Reception cover, Fire Warden responsibilities, and attending meetings as required.
What We’re Looking For: • Strong organisational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in IT and data entry • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
