This
position is within our People Projects, Process, and Data team and contributes
to the efficient management and execution of tasks that support the
implementation of our people data strategy across both Superdrug and Savers.
This
position works in partnership with the People Process Manager and will be
integral in the data journey of our People Team; with particular focus on addressing
data requirements, data visualisation and data governance. The role
collaborates with team members and stakeholders to the administration of our
people data technology, as well as ensuring the effective use and analysis of
data.
In
all activities, this role is dedicated to promoting a positive employee
experience for colleagues across our retail stores, head office, and for our distribution
and transport teams.
Key
Responsibilities
Working collaboratively on the delivery of the
people data strategy across the team, with a particular focus on how the
use of People data and enhanced People processes can deliver for our
customers.
Being a trusted adviser on people process and data
matters; taking initial ideas and requests, to fully fledged initiatives.
Being a trusted adviser to stakeholders for all people data
related matters.
Supporting the People Process Manager on any related people systems tasks. Being a trusted sounding board on the efficient configuration of people processes.
Taking
on the role of a proactive problem solver; being able to understand the root causes of issues and able to influence
getting agreement on permanent solutions.
Working with good data governance and structure to ensure everyone
who needs to be involved and consulted is aware of work, changes and
understands the impact on employees.
Managing full people project lifecycles; agreeing success measures
up front, ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated, and
completing an evaluation after the project has ended.
Supporting on governance and audit initiatives when required to by
Senior Manager.
Being an effective communicator; take responsibility for regular
internal project update meetings and holding stakeholders accountable for
actions.
Stay up to date with market trends and new initiatives, researching and presenting findings to drive innovation and efficiency in people processes.

T&Cs at different levels, with different legal jurisdictions.

viewpoints and can build strong relationships.
You can see the bigger picture and can easily adapt to changing
priorities and situations.
What you’ll need:
Strong knowledge and experience of working with data analysis and
reporting tools such as PowerBI and PowerQuery is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and
stakeholder management experience.
A passion for technology and how it can be leveraged to improve the
employee experience. An experience in the use of people systems technology
is an advantage.
Knowledge of core HR practices, onboarding, contracts and GDPR
requirements are key.
A keen interest in staying up to date with what’s going on in the
market and how that may impact us.
A passion for the world of retail health and beauty, along with experience
in a retail business.

Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
