Morgan Hunt is working in partnership with a Further Education College located in the West Midlands. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic A Level Sociology Lecturer to join a cohesive and dedicated team of teaching professionals.

The Role:
As an A Level Sociology Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging Sociology lessons to post-16 learners, inspiring them to achieve their academic potential. You will work collaboratively with your department to develop stimulating teaching materials, support student progress, and contribute to an inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
· Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating A Level Sociology lessons tailored to a range of learner needs.
· Create engaging and inclusive learning activities that support student achievement.
· Assess, monitor and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
· Work effectively as part of a dedicated teaching team, contributing to curriculum development and departmental goals.
· Support college initiatives and student enrichment activities.
Education, Skills and Requirements:
· A degree in Sociology or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
· A recognised teaching qualification (or the willingness to work towards one).
· GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative approach.
· A strong commitment to safeguarding, learner success, and continuous professional development.
