This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on challenge, and wants to make a real impact. You’ll be part of a friendly, forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Please note, this is a hybrid role and there is an expectation to work from County Council offices in Matlock as required to support collaboration and delivery.

- Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for digital transformation.
- Confidence in managing competing priorities and delivering results under pressure.
