Are you a driven hospitality professional ready to step up and lead? LED Community Leisure is looking for a proactive Unit Manager
to take charge of our Coastline & Cove Café and Cove Pod, right at the heart of Exeter Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to
shape memorable customer experiences, fuel commercial success, and make a genuine difference to the wellbeing of our local
community.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our hospitality outlets, leading and inspiring your
team, ensuring compliance with all safety standards, and managing commercial performance. You'll be a key player in creating
positive experiences for both airport passengers and the wider community, actively supporting local wellbeing initiatives.
