SERVICE SUPPORT OFFICER - PART TIME
We are looking for a motivated, conscientious and efficient individual who is customer focused, is able to take initiative and is able to work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
You must have previous experience of working in an office/administration environment, understanding of the service area and services provided and also have experience of delivering services ensuring excellent customer experiences.
An NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience is essential.
