Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, conscientious, and efficient individual to join our Adult Social Care unit. This is a fast paced role where you’ll play a vital part in supporting several specialist teams, ensuring that services run smoothly and customers receive the highest standard of support.
About the RoleYou will provide essential business and customer support across multiple teams, including:
• Active Recovery Assessment Team• Citywide Sensory and Assistive Technology Team• Blue Badge Team• Housing Adaptation Occupational Therapy Team• See & Solve Team• Occupational Therapy Technicians
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll be working to tight deadlines in a demanding environment, requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
What We’re Looking For• Previous experience in a busy office or administrative environment• Understanding of services within Adult Social Care• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service• Flexibility to support a variety of teams and functions• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage competing demands and work under pressure
Qualifications• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in administration or a related field is essential• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
