Crynodeb
The Royal Stoke Emergency Department is currently undergoing a dynamic and positive phase of development and transformation. As part of this exciting journey, we are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Band 3 Clinical Support Workers to join our substantive Emergency Department team. Our workforce model is centred on delivering safe and effective patient care, while also fostering leadership and supporting the ongoing development of our nursing team. Successful candidates will benefit from a period of supernumerary status and receive comprehensive on-the-job training, delivered by a dedicated and experienced team. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time positions. Please note that the role requires flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and nights.
