Band 6 nurses are vital members of our community teams and play an integral role in how people experience care. Your role involves providing compassionate, safe, and responsive careto patients while maintaining professionalism and contributing to service improvement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient care in line with clinical guidelines, trust policies, and NMC Code of Conduct. Recognise and act on safeguarding concerns, and escalate appropriately to protect vulnerable individuals. Act as a patient advocate, supporting shared decision-making and informed consent. Supervise and support junior staff and students, ensuring safe and high-standard care delivery. Engage in reflective practice and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Maintaincomprehensive and accurate records of care interventions and assessments. Remain up to date with mandatory training, professional development, and revalidation requirements. Multidisciplinary and Integrated Working: You will work closely with: Camdens community nursing and therapy teams Evening and Overnight Nursing Service Urgent Community Response Team In-patient rehab services and specialist medical teams GPs, Social Care, Mental Health Services, and Voluntary Sector Partners See attached Job Description and Person Specification documents for full details of the post and requirements
