Summary
Sparklean is looking for a reliable and motivated cleaner to join our team, providing high‑quality cleaning services at office premises in Derby.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a small, consistent weekly shift with a reputable company that values professionalism, support, and attention to detail.
Although previous cleaning experience is preferred, it is not essential. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared for all aspects of the role.
We also supply a full uniform and enrol all employees into our workplace pension scheme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the office. Duties will include the cleaning of general office areas, desks, touchpoints, floors, toilets, and kitchen facilities. You will be expected to follow a structured cleaning routine and uphold the high standards that Sparklean is known for. Reliability, good timekeeping, and a positive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness are essential.
As part of the role, you will receive training in COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health). This ensures you understand how to safely use, store, and handle cleaning chemicals and materials. COSHH training is a legal requirement and an important part of keeping both you and the workplace safe.
Because this position involves working within a professional environment, the successful applicant will be required to undergo a DBS check. Sparklean will cover the full cost of this check, and we will guide you through the process to make it as straightforward as possible.
If you are hardworking, trustworthy, and looking for a small but steady role with a supportive employer, we would love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and take pride in helping maintain a clean and welcoming workplace.
