We are looking for a warm, caring and respectful Relief Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Heysham, Morecambe. At our vibrant service in Heysham, our passionate team of Support Workers provide quality person-centred support to people with autism spectrum conditions and additional learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex behaviours.
Relief Support Worker duties:
• Providing support, information and guidance to service users,
• Maximising service user outcomes by encouraging personal development and independent living skills,
• Empowering service users and promote their rights,
• Collaborating with service users, families and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service,
• A willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service,
• You will have a choice of weekly or monthly pay.
A minimum of twelve months’ previous employed experience in a similar role is essential.
