Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Officer looking for a new challenge or someone looking to progress their food manufacturing career in a new direction?
We are looking for 3 QAs to join the technical team at our Scunthorpe plant.

The role of QA is the perfect opportunity for you to kick start your technical career with one of the largest food manufacturing plants in the country. Main Responsibilities
As a QA with 2 Sisters Food Group, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with food safety legislation, customer requirements and company policies. Reporting to the QA shift manager you will work in partnership with Operations to consistently deliver the highest quality, safety and value to our customers.
Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and record production activities to ensure adherence to specification.
- Verify and record process controls to ensure defined tolerances are followed and act when not.
- To ensure that technical / QA information is observed, recorded and communicated effectively.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and confidence with respect to food safety.
- Collection of samples and swabs
- GMP supervisory checks
- To ensure technical equipment is handled and used in an appropriate manner, including singing in and out toolboxes and equipment, daily verification against inventory list.
This post is working a 2-week rotating shift pattern:
- WEEK 1 - Monday to Saturday; 06:00-14:30 (full week Gross £594.12)
- WEEK 2 – Monday to Friday; 14:30-23:00 (full week Gross £479.13)
The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour (£16.20ph Sat)
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for Honesty, Reliability, Flexibility & Teamwork along with the following skills, experience and knowledge;
- A clear understanding of food safety/hygiene and quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Competent Allergen knowledge
- HACCP
- Food Safety Level 3

The Scunthorpe site is a whole bird processing site, we process everything, nothing goes to waste.
