At Axium Process, we specialise in hygienic process design, membrane filtration systems, CIP systems, and stainless-steel fabrications. We engineer innovative, efficient, and sustainable process solutions for industries including pharmaceutical, food & beverage, dairy, and chemicals.
With 66 employees operating from a 30,000 ft² manufacturing facility in Hendy Industrial Estate, Swansea, we are committed to becoming the number one provider in our market.

Key Responsibilities / Skills:
• Operate production machinery according to company procedures
• Mainly operating a T-Drill Pipe collaring machine
• Monitor machine performance and report faults or defects
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
37.75hours p/w
5 weeks holiday per annum plus bank holidays
Salary – Dependent upon relevant experience
Company pension scheme available
