You’ll consolidate material demand into clear, actionable signals for our off‑site warehouses, balance supplier priorities, and ensure the wider project has what it needs, when it needs it. You’ll have the opportunity to build and shape your own specialist team, small in size but critical in impact.This is a hybrid role based at #HinkleyPointC, with flexibility to work from home, though regular on‑site presence will be essential to stay close to the fast‑moving demands of the project. Do you bring…Exceptional communication skills, including experience engaging Director and C‑Suite stakeholders.Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across complex organisational boundaries.Deep logistics and warehouse expertise, with experience in major capital or highly regulated industries.Proven leadership of logistics or supply chain planning teams at a senior level.Strong analytical and data management capability, able to interpret imperfect data and identify patternsDemonstrated experience delivering change across large, integrated project environmentsAbility to apply logistics and planning frameworks to drive strategic and operational outcomesBachelor’s degree, with nuclear sector experience is an advantage.What You’ll Be DoingWorking across multiple HPC projects and programmes to consolidate logistics demand and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Aligning short‑term logistics plans with capacity constraints in partnership with senior logistics leaders and recommending the medium‑term logistics baseline to the Head of Logistics.Ensuring high‑quality data inputs by collaborating with functional data owners and the integrated planning team.Building effective relationships with internal teams and 3PL partners to strengthen logistics delivery and team coordination.Developing and delivering KPIs that support construction needs, while shaping and leading a high‑performing logistics integration team.Defining and updating the logistics demand baseline and delivery plan by aggregating inputs from multiple sources.Identifying and communicating risks, gaps and constraints across all planning horizons, coordinating owners for mitigation and monitoring progress.Driving continuous improvement, ensuring governance compliance, supporting recruitment, and role‑modelling HPC and EDF values.Pay, Benefits and CultureAlongside a starting salary from £80,000, potential for an annual bonus, and a market-leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days, and more.At EDF, we believe there are multiple definitions of what it means to succeed.
