Editing and adjusting existing templates against clinical direction and demand Triage of sleep referrals against stipulated acceptance criteria Review and transfer sleep requests from the sleep services referral email and then transfer onto wait list on CVIS (Electronic wait list and image archive system) Manage the Sleep service wait list on CVIS (rolling cohort of 350 patients) Daily review of the wait list and book appointments against clinical priority and then chronologically Book ventilation and new patient sleep clinics Book greyflash home study clinics Book CPAP issue and fitting appointments Monthly validation of the DMO1 breach list in support the Trusts n national submission of DMO1 position Managing internal referrals Meeting patients arriving for a clinic appointment Supporting the clinical team during clinic with regard to any additional administrative tasks that need to be organised Please see the attached job description for full information
