You will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis. In this role you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, following a compassionate and person-centred approach that also draws on principles of assertive outreach. You will also work closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care and treatment. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the relevant professional registration and have a passion for working with people with mental health needs. You should also have excellent communication skills and be committed to providing high quality care to our patients.
