We’re looking for a Support Worker with bright energy to be the everyday hero in our residents' lives. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you bring the care, we’ll bring the training and support.
What You’ll Do:
Support individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication (where needed)
Cleaning of the communal areas
Encourage independence and empower residents to make their own choices
Build meaningful relationships through conversation, activities, and trust
Keep records up to date and communicate with the wider care team
Be a friendly, reliable presence who makes a real difference, every single day
What You’ll Need:
A caring, compassionate nature
Excellent communication and a can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and grow with us
Experience in care is welcome, but not essential. Full training is provided.
