Birmingham (B15)
Basic £24,000 OTE £40-£45,000+ (with uncapped individual commission)
We are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury furniture retailer for their store in Birmingham (B15). The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth.
The Senior Sales Consultant:
- Must have experience in face to face, furniture showroom sales
- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
- Be confident and highly motivated
- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.
The successful Sales Consultant can look forward to being part of an on-going growth plan (my client recently opened a brand new store in Bristol and has also announced another new store for the end of 2024) within an award winning company that truly Rewards, Recognises & Invests in your career development, both financially and progressively.
Basic salary: £24k + individual commission (1.5% across all products and brands; paid on order; no waiting for delivery to customer) OTE £40,000-£45,000 (uncapped and the top 10% of sales people across the business earning in excess of £50,000+)
