We’re seeking a driven Sales Consultant to generate new business through outbound calling, lead conversion, and delivering tailored solutions. You’ll identify customer needs, overcome objections, and consistently exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls and convert new business opportunities
Understand client requirements and provide tailored fleet management solutions
Build a strong pipeline and manage leads through CRM systems
Meet and exceed KPIs, sales targets, and quality standards
Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and repeat business
About You
2+ years’ sales experience
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Able to manage high call volumes and prioritise effectively
Competitive, target-driven, and resilient
CRM experience preferred; industry knowledge helpful but not essential
