Willows Academy are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher to join our academy in September 2026 on a part time, temporary basis.

As a warm and welcoming one form entry school in the Great Coates area of Grimsby, North Lincolnshire, we teach from Nursery through to Year 6. We’re proud of our achievements, Ofsted rated us ‘Good’ for the third time in 2024, our Phonics results reached 96% in the academic year 2024 to 25, and our outcomes remain consistently in line with or above national levels.

We offer an excellent personal development curriculum for our pupils known as ‘Delta Stars’ which has been very effective and engaging.
