The Role
At Link, people are at the heart of everything we do. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Joiner to join Curb’s Bathrooms Team, delivering high-quality, customer-focused bathroom installations and component renewals within properties owned or managed by Link Group, or under service agreements with partner organisations.
Curb, a partner company of Link Group, provides repairs, maintenance and planned works across Scotland’s Central Belt. You will work as part of a multi-skilled team, planning your workload effectively to meet agreed timescales while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and customer care.
The role requires travel across Link’s areas of operation, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. A company van, tools, mobile phone, uniform and PPE are provided.
About You
You will have proven experience in a similar joinery role and hold an NVQ/City & Guilds in Joinery or equivalent. You will have sound knowledge of manufactured joinery components, associated core trades, and both traditional and non-traditional construction methods.
A strong commitment to excellent customer service is essential, along with a clear understanding of health and safety requirements and how these influence working practices and customer needs.
In return, you will have opportunities to enhance your skills through training and development, working in a supportive and values-driven environment that promotes responsibility, empathy, social impact, participation, equity, challenge and transparency.
