The Role – Lead Process Engineer
As Lead Process Engineer, you’ll lead technical projects focused on process optimisation and automation. You’ll work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
Develop and implement technical solutions for manufacturing challenges
Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements
Utilise ERP systems for planning and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
About You
You’ll have a strong engineering background and experience in high-end manufacturing environments such as pharma, electronics, or cleanroom operations. Knowledge of automation systems and ERP platforms is essential, and GMP experience is highly desirable.
You will ideally have:
Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Proven experience in Lead Process Engineering and automation
ERP system proficiency
Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
