Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Woodley/Stockport (SK6) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and possess strong communication skills.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding cleaning schedules or specific requirements
Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties
Order stock once per month
Make sure all areas are clean
Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 4pm - 6.15pm all year round, you do not work Bank Holidays and we all get paid on the 5th working day of every month.
