Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in Alderley Edge/Wilmslow area (SK9) . The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure high standards of hygiene
Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly
Maintain a tidy storage area for cleaning equipment and materials
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet specific cleaning requirements
Requirements
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Good command of English, both spoken and written, to understand instructions and communicate effectively
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and respond to client needs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst adhering to safety protocols
Reliable, punctual, and organised with a keen eye for detail

Hours of work are Monday to Friday - 4.30pm - 7pm - 2.5 hours per day. Working 40 weeks of the year including 2 weeks deep clean so this site is paid pro rata
All get paid 5th working day of the month
