Motorhome Aftersales Advisor required for Automotive family-run business in the Livingston area.
Our Client is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to work within their busy Aftersales department. The ideal Aftersales Advisor will have a flexible and can-do attitude and will offer fantastic customer service.
Benefits:
- Starting salary up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Bonus to be discussed at interview.
- Full in-house training.
- 37.5 hours per week with a flexible start time depending on preference.
- Due to the nature of the role, you might be required to work additional hours in busier periods across the year.
- This will be a new role that you can put your own stamp on, as this established business continues to grow.
Duties:
- Meeting and greeting Service Customers and identifying their requirements
- Taking Aftersales Department Bookings
- Advising Customers on any additional work that is required and gaining authorisation for that work
- Sourcing and Supplying parts and liaising with the workshop to chase work in progress
Specification:
- You will have a previous working experience as an Aftersales Advisor, Service Advisor or Parts Advisor
- Experience within Motor Trade DMS systems
- Confident in Upselling
- Full UK Driving Licence
Working as an Aftersales Advisor for our client, you can expect a basic salary of up to £30000 with OTE of £32000.
