We are currently recruiting for a Panel Beater in the Hereford area.
Our Client, a large Automotive Accident Repair Centre is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician to complement their existing team.
Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate of up to £22 per hour pending experience, plus a time efficiency-based bonus scheme.
- Realistic on-target-earnings of up to £45-50,000+ per annum.
- Overtime, subject to availability, paid at standard rate.
- 20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing to 25 days over a continuous length of service.

Requirements:
- A previous working experience within the role.
- ATA would be advantageous to your application
- Full qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- An efficient and hard-working Panel Beater with good attention to detail
- A good communicator
Duties:
- Replacement of Panels
- Removing and replacing the body shell of vehicles
- Panel Straightening and Filling
- Body Alignment
- Welding and Bonding
The starting salary rate of this Panel Beater job is £22 per hour pending experience, with realistic OTE earnings of £50,000.
You are required to work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus plenty of overtime available.
