HOSPITALITY ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
– GRADE 2

Grade 2, £22,995 pa (Pro-rata)



We are seeking a dedicated and driven Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic team at Bertie & Bellas.

About the Role
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless service across our catering outlets and delivering an enjoyable dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Serving food and beverages to a wide range of customers
- Operating the till system accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and carrying out general duties to support the day-to-day running of a busy coffee bar
- Supporting the team during peak periods and contributing to a positive working environment

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

- A friendly team player with excellent people skills
- Passionate about customer service and takes pride in their work
- Highly motivated with a positive approach
- Able to thrive in a busy working environment

Training & Development
- Ideally, you will hold a basic food hygiene certificate and have knowledge of allergens and health & safety.
- If not, full training will be provided in basic food hygiene and allergens at the start of employment.

Additional Opportunities
There may be opportunities to work extra shifts outside of term-time (Easter and summer conferences), subject to business needs.

- This post is term-time only – 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 11.30am to 3.30pm
