NEWCo Ltd is a well-established welding and fabrication company known for delivering high-quality, bespoke metalwork solutions across a range of industries. With continued growth and an expanding order book, we are looking for a driven and hands-on Workshop Supervisor to join our team.

As Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy fabrication workshop, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a practical, leadership-focused role ideal for someone with strong fabrication experience and a passion for guiding a team.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities

· Lead, support, and mentor welders and fabricators

· Allocate jobs and manage workflow to meet deadlines

· Ensure all work meets quality, specification, and safety standards

· Carry out inspections, checks, and quality control processes

· Liaise with management on project progress and resource needs

· Assist with hands-on welding/fabrication when required

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

· Oversee equipment maintenance and reporting of issues
