What skills and experience we're looking for
This is a challenging and rewarding role and due to its confidential nature, the successful candidate will require dedication and a highly efficient, organised, flexible and responsible approach.
Key Duties will include:
• Liaising with the Trust to provide HR administration and advice for all staff and relevant external parties in relation to Trust policies/procedures and statutory legislation.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and processes in relation to new starters, personnel changes, contract variations and termination of contracts for staff
• Ensure that staff records are maintained and kept accurate in SIMS for all HR issues including sickness absence and training. Create maintain and update confidential files, HR records and documentation
• Maintain HR/Payroll archive records ensuring they are kept confidential and physically secure
• Ensure the school has a accurately maintained SCR, updating DBS information on a regular basis
• Organise advertising requirements and candidate recruitment process
• Assist the Trust Finance Department in ensuring compliance for annual audits and appropriate processes
• Oversight of the operational effectiveness of the Admin Hub
• Provide admin support to the Careers Lead
