Looking for some extra cash over the weekend?? If you are a Support Worker experienced in supporting those with autism then read on....
A fantastic residential supported living unit in Sherwood is looking for passionate and experienced support workers to help them provide exemplary care for residents with autism and learning disabilities. You will be working to help residents live as independently as possible, by assisting them in daily tasks such as feeding, mobility, and learning life skills.
You will also be required to help with condition update reports and any necessary household tasks to help the service run as smoothly as possible. Staff at the home have a varied activities schedule tailored to residents' interests, so every day will truly be different!

To apply for this role you must;
• Have 3 months experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training.
• An in date enhanced DBS check. Should your DBS have expired we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
• Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
This role is ongoing.
We have the following hours available at weekends:
08:00 - 15:00.
15:00 - 22:00.
08:00 - 22:00
rate of pay is £12.21 per hour
