What You’ll Need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with SEND in an early years or primary setting
- Strong understanding of EYFS and inclusive practice
- Previous SENDCo experience
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop SEND provision across the nursery in line with EYFS and SEND Code of Practice.
- Support key persons and room leaders with inclusive strategies and targeted interventions.
- Work closely with parents, external professionals, and agencies to support children’s progress.
- Monitor progress, contribute to assessments, and help shape individual support plans.
- Champion inclusive practice and ensure every child can thrive.
