Summary
Job Evaluation Analyst
Location - Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH. Hybrid working - generally 2 days in the office and 3 days at home
Salary range - from £34,434 to £36,363 per annum
Working Pattern Monday to Friday
Working hours 36.25 hours

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and help shape the future of our services through innovative redesign. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance on job design, develop clear and compelling role profiles, and lead on job evaluation to ensure grading decisions are fair, evidence-based, and transparent.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining a consistent and fit-for-purpose pay framework as our organisation evolves, helping us create roles that attract and retain the best talent. If you’re passionate about building structures that support people and performance, we’d love to hear from you.
About you
You’ll bring a style and approach that reflects our values and behaviours, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement to deliver effective outcomes.
Holding a Level 5 CIPD qualification or a degree in a relevant discipline, you will also have experience in job evaluation or a similar HR role. Building strong relationships, influencing, and negotiating effectively will be key to your success.
You’ll be confident in analysing and interpreting information to provide clear advice and informed recommendations, and your attention to detail will ensure accuracy and fairness in everything you do.
