Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Assistant to join our friendly and very busy office team. The successful applicant will be able to start February 2026.

What is the job role?

St Christopher Primary School is a great place to work; our pupils are wonderful and our staff are very supportive and friendly.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team player with the confidence to develop their role and be proactive. Good IT skills are essential alongside a methodical approach to tackling tasks and meeting deadlines.

You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school, answering the telephone and will have responsibility for the maintenance of pupil information via the schools MIS system.

Work pattern:

Monday to Thursday = 8.30am to 4.45pm

Friday = 8.30am to 4.30pm

39 weeks (Term Time plus Teacher Training days)
