We are currently recruiting multiple operatives (up to 4 positions) to join a busy die cutting and gluing department on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a new career within manufacturing. While experience in die cutting or gluing is desirable, full training will be provided, and we are equally keen to hear from applicants with no previous experience who have the right attitude and work ethic.
The Role:- Operating die cutting and/or gluing machinery (after training)
- Assisting with machine setup and production runs
- Quality checking finished products
- General factory and production duties
- Working as part of a skilled production team
- Keen to learn a new trade or skill
- Reliable, hands-on, and committed to long-term employment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Open to completing initial training on a night shift
- Youthful, career-driven applicants encouraged (but not essential)

Training & Progression:- Full training provided
- Initial training will take place on night shifts
- Permanent roles will be day shift following successful training
