Crynodeb
We are looking for a colleague who has an interest in education in practice, developing others and has previous mentoring/educator skills and experience. This is an exciting and rarely available opportunity, and the recruited colleague will be supported to develop a greater understanding of University based education; lead on embedding equality, diversity and inclusion into the core of practice education across SPFT; standards for supervision and assessment. The post holder will be supported to develop their own educator, leadership and communication skills.
