Summary
We are delighted to launch this exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and forward-thinking College to support students' progression to apprenticeships or Higher Education. Do you have careers or recruitment experience?
We are looking to recruit two Personal Careers & Apprenticeship Mentors, to work with selected students from across Buckinghamshire to discover career or further study opportunities and mentoring them at every stage to secure a positive destination.
The Personal Careers & Apprenticeship Mentor will:
- Develop bespoke personal action plans which raise student's ambition, encouraging and monitoring their progress.
- Support students in finding opportunities matching their ambitions, mentoring them at every stage to maximise their opportunity of success.
- Engage with local and national employers to stimulate interest in students and successfully match students to apprenticeship roles.
This is a Fixed Term Contract up until 31st August 2026, working 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year. Successful candidates will be based at our Aylesbury Campus.
