Job Title: Associate Sustainability Consultant

Salary: £60-70,000
Purobuild have partnered with a leading national multi-disciplinary consultancy to assist in their search for a skilled Associate Sustainability Consultant to join their team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the Building Performance team and working collaboratively with neighbouring teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead for the Building Performance team
- Provide expert advice on sustainability strategies for various projects.
- Conduct building performance simulations using IES-VE software.
- Perform life cycle assessments using One Click LCA tool.
- Develop Passivhaus designs to enhance energy efficiency.
- Apply TM52 and TM54 methodologies for overheating assessments and operational energy analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainable solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sustainability findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sustainability consulting within the built environment.
- Proficiency in IES-VE and One Click LCA software.
- Strong knowledge of Passivhaus design principles.
- Familiarity with TM52 and TM54 methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sustainability or energy efficiency are desirable.
